What is a macaron?

Macarons are French pastries made with two deliciously crusty almond flour meringue shells that enclose a stunningly yummy filling or ganache.

Are your macarons gluten-free?

Yep! All our spectacular French macarons are made with almond flour only! Still... our artisanal bakeshop does make use of wheat for other products, therefore our macarons aren't made in a gluten-free facility :(

How long do Woops! French Macarons stay fresh?

If you want the beeest results, refrigerate your macarons and eat them within 5-7 days of delivery.

You might also freeze them upon arrival for up to 3 weeks! And check this out... leave them outside of the freezer for approximately 30 minutes, and if you had them in the fridge then just leave them outside for 10 minutes.

They'll have a just-baked taste!

Do you have any dairy-free macarons?

At the moment, most of our delicious macarons do have dairy. Still, there's one flavor available at the moment that's 100% dairy-free: Strawberry! You can get this yummy macaron online or at your nearest Woops! Location.

How many calories are in each macaron?

Do you deliver?

Yes, we do! Most of our Woops! locations delivery through UberEats, Grubhub, or Doordash. Another great option is selecting same-day local delivery at your checkout or pickup if you're near a location that offers this service (we hope you're lucky ;)). Pluuus, we also offer nationwide shipping service to any address inside the US territory, as long as it's not a P.O. box.

How does shipping work?

We work hand-in-hand with UPS to be extra sure that each one of our customers will get their delicious French macarons in the freshest state. This shipping carrier is able to process and ship our client's orders anywhere in the U.S. within 1 to 3 business days (awesome, we know). And please note that we don't offer delivery on weekends.

Also, all orders placed after 1 pm EST will be processed on the following day, and the orders received after 1 pm on Wednesdays & over the weekend will be processed the following Monday.
